Cherokee Eagletail Performance
We were honoured to have Cherokee Eagletail join us today in honour of National Indigenous Peoples Day. Cherokee is an artist, singer, and a Jingle Dress dancer. Cherokee shared a song and a Jingle Dress dance, and she also shared her knowledge and teachings with our students. We learned all about how she received her different eagle feathers over the years, and she talked about the beautiful regalia that she was wearing today. We were so grateful to have met Cherokee today, and we learned so much! Thank for you joining us, Cherokee!
